Milwaukee- One 16-year old boy won't soon forget his experience he got when he attempted to rob a deliveryman Thursday night.

The 46-year old delivery man stood his ground when the punk tried to rob him.

Not knowing the driver was armed for his own protection, the 16-year old demanded money but instead took a few bullets to his abdomen. He is expected to survive, well this time anyways.

The Milwaukee County district attorney's office has a hard job ahead of them now as they try to determine if the delivery driver should be charged. The man was taken into custody after the shooting and later released.
