Milwaukee- After two and a half weeks of testimony and almost fours days of deliberating the verdict was guilty on all counts against three of the four charged.

Ryan Packard the fourth officer was found not guilty, and walked out of the Federal building with his attorneys. Since Packard was found not guilty it is possible that he could end up back on the Milwaukee police department.

Jon Bartlett, 35, Daniel Masarik, 27, and Andrew Spengler, 28 the three former officers were taken into federal custody after the verdicts and will be held unto November when they will be sentenced.

Prosecutors said the four were part of a group of off-duty officers who beat Frank Jude Jr. outside  of Andrew Spengler house warming party in October 2004
